注册和删除数据库

Data from any database file can be registered to the installed instance of Office. To register means to tell Office where the data is located, how it is organized, how to get that data, and more. Once the database is registered, you can use the menu command View - Data source to access the data records from your text documents and spreadsheets.

要注册现有的数据库文件:

  1. 选择 - Office Base - 数据库

  2. 点击「新建」并选择数据库文件。

从 Office 删除注册数据库

  1. 选择 - Office Base - 数据库

  2. 选择数据库文件,然后点击「删除」。
